Virtual Assistant
What is a virtual assistant?
Think about how much time it takes to organize all the things you have to do in a day as a business. Schedule meetings with groups, organize new leads, update your website, set up a social media routine, follow up with your clients about the latest sale, and so much more!!
It's time to get you and your team from out underneath that rock and focus on what is really important for your business.
A virtual assistant is a remote employee who offers administrative support for you and your business, full-time or part-time. They can do tasks that an executive assistant would typically handle, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, or organizing emails.
One of the unique things about our organization is that we can also help to make software recomendations. This way we can start to look at ways to streamline your communications, help to offer scheduling tools, and add extra levels of security to protect what is important.
What are some of the things that we can help you with?
Scheduling
Follow up emails
Setting up email campaigns
Helping to coordinate team meetings
Here is what you can expect...
Once we establish your package we will do an initial consultation to see what the current tasks and workflow look like. As we learn more about your business and it's routines we can continue to keep building videos and documenting the process.
We will access the accounts that are needed and start to build out the routines as needed and can check on them frequently so you don't have to. By using our project management tool Basecamp you will also be kept up to date on the various tasks and get real-time status updates as things are happening. This also allows us to work as a team to communicate results and troubleshoot any issues that may pop up.
After working together for a period of time we can start to collaborate by bringing the best tools to the table to help in streamlining operations if needed. Our goal is to maximize your time by providing the tools to be able to do so.
Now, there is a saying "If it's not broken, don't fix it". This is sometimes the case due to how things have been set up, and the disruption to the organization's memory of the way things are done. Modern techniques and technology may not apply, so we want to work with you in the areas of importance.
