Every Client is different and so are their needs. We want to be able to provide as much upfront pricing as possible and help with answering any questions that you may have. We have designed basic package types that are designed to give you access to the types of professionals that you need. This allows you to have multiple tasks going on at one time.
General Task Package - 5 hours
This will include
Consultation to address any of your needs
Client folder allowing you to have access to your team and to upload any documents you need
Access to graphic/design specialists
Access to video editing service and basic video graphics
Access to data management specialists
Access to animation specialist
Total one-time fee of $149.00
General Task Package - 10 hours
This will include

Since each event is different we would love to give you a custom quote. You can use the form on the Submit a Project Page and that will begin the process.

Equipment Rental (for Texas Residents): From soundboard, speakers, mics, cameras, and engineers we have everything you need.Â
Labor: We have hourly, and daily rates available.
